Strathisla Gordon & MacPhail c. 1980s 1948

This extra special Speyside single malt was laid to rest at the Strathisla distillery all the way back in 1948 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in the 1980s. The nose is dominated by sherry and peat aromas. On the palate, it is a light-bodied whisky, with fruity notes of dried apricots and tangerines. This is a subtle Strathisla with a light, elegant profile.
