From the spectacular Strathmill Distillery comes this marvellous 11 year old single malt, independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper’s Choice collection. Distilled in March 2010, the whisky spent its time maturing in an American oak cask, followed by some time in a Sauternes wine cask before finally, an outturn of 306 bottles was drawn in 2021.
