Talisker 9 Year Old Old Particular 2010

Distilled at Talisker, this 9-year-old single malt was bottled independently by David Laing, as part of their Old Particular collection. The nose has a distinct bonfire smokiness, with hints of seaweed and sea salt. On the palate, burn brown sugar and dark chocolate, finishing on a spicy note.
