The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. has a talent for bottling up some fabulous single cask whiskies with interesting wood influences for The Cooper’s Choice ? this right here is no exception. Distilled at Teaninich in 2010, this whisky spent its time maturing in an American oak cask, followed by some extra time in a Beaumes de Venise sweet wine cask, not something we see every day! Bottled at 11 years old, there was an outturn of 300 bottles drawn from this cask.
