Teaninich 12 Year Old Old Particular 2007

A Highland single malt distilled at Teaninich in October 2007 and bottled independently by Douglas Laing in December 2019, after spending 12 years in a single refill hogshead. There are some intriguing aromas emerging from the glass such as mint thins and lemon shortbread, with malty cereal in milk. The palate has some light tropical notes, French pastry and hints of oak.
