The smokiest addition to Sliabh Liag Distillers’ Silkie range of Irish whiskey, named The Legendary Midnight Silkie Irish Whiskey! With 35% of the blend triple-distilled peated malt at its heart, it’s a rich, smoky affair, made up of single malts aged in five different cask types: oloroso sherry, bourbon, red wine, virgin oak, and imperial stout casks. A harmony of rich flavours is imparted from the cask medley, with lots of dried fruit, chocolate, citrus, and of course, smoke.
