Tomatin 125th Anniversary Single Cask 1993

A commemorative release to mark Tomatin?s 125th anniversary in 2022. The single malt was distilled in 1993 and spent nearly three decades in a single Oloroso sherry butt until bottling in May 2022. A superb dram, dominated by notes of caramel, dark chocolate, liquorice and mixed herbs. The finish is lingering, leading to a sweet aftertaste.
