The so-called “Gentle Dram”, Tomintoul is known for its smooth and mellow character. Aged in Bourbon barrels, this ten year old brings a floral nose of honey, vanilla and wholemeal toast. The palate is sweet with crème caramel, toasted almosts and a touch of lemon zest before a butter oak finish with mellow cake spice.
