Tormore 31 Year Old Whisky Sponge Edition No. 33 1990

This remarkable single malt was distilled at Tormore in 1990 and bottled independently by Decadent Drinks and Whisky Sponge in 2021, after spending 31 years in first-fill barrels. The nose reveals aromas of warm apple compote, creamy vanilla custard, grape must and just a touch of furniture polish. The palate is mature, with plenty of ripe fruits like apricots, and apple pie with warm vanilla sauce.
