Two Stacks The Blender’s Cut Sauternes Cask Finish

A limited-edition Irish whiskey from Two Stacks that was initially matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, before being finished in a single French oak cask that previously held Sauternes wine from Bordeaux. The palate offers notes of honeysuckle, cinnamon, nutmeg and crystalised ginger.
