A sweet and spicy blended Irish whiskey from Two Stacks, The First Cut is made with a combination of grain, malt and pot still whiskies, including a small amount of peated malt whiskey, matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks.
