Unnamed Islay 28 Year Old Signatory Cask Strength 1992

This Islay single malt from an undisclosed producer was distilled in November 1992 and spent 28 years in bourbon barrels, before being bottled by Signatory Vintage. The nose is wonderfully fresh, with plenty of citrus notes and subtle smoke. On the palate, campfire smoke, balanced by fruity sweetness and some floral tones.
