American Oak is Seattle-based distillery Westland`s flagship release, made with barley from Washington. The nose provides lemon and orange custard, followed by creme brûlée and chocolate creaminess and just a hint of jasmine. The palate confirms the creamy and rich fruit custard notes of the nose, adding an element of Rainier cherries.
