Westland Sherry Oak

This is an exquisite American single malt from the Seattle-based craft distillery Westland. The whiskey was matured in casks that previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry. Naturally, the sherry notes dominate the nose, followed by dark berries, wood, pepper, chilli and liquorice. On the palate, you?ll find hints of raisins, cappuccino and chocolate, breakfast cereal and honey.
