An American single malt produced using a “grain to glass” approach that involves sourcing many of the ingredients locally. Malted barley makes up the entirety of the mash and the spirit is aged in lightly-toasted American oak barrels. A fruit forward dram with a touch of toffee and vanilla on the nose. The palate is deeper and richer with toasted malt, cedar, orchard fruit and a touch of woody spice.
