Wilderness Trail 6 Year Old Bourbon

This is a single barrel bourbon from Wilderness Trail, made with a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley and matured in a single heavily charred barrel. On the nose, aromas of of buttered popcorn, cinnamon, salted butter and maple syrup. The palate is filled with notes of toffee, caramel, cherry jam, ash and black pepper.
