Wilderness Trail Bourbon (Batch 16E02)

Wilderness Trail is very selective with its small batches of bourbon, releasing as little as 12 barrels at a time. This one has a high rye content with a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% rye, and 12% malted barley, and was matured for a minimum of four years in barrels with #4 Char, a high level to create a full-bodied and flavoured bottling.
