Yamazaki The Owner’s Cask #4M 70140 1994

A bottle of Yamazaki from its ?The Owner?s Cask? series, which was distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2009, after maturing for 15 years in a single sherry cask, number 4M 70140. The nose is intense, with pronounced notes of figs, plums, polished oak and walnuts. The palate brings out flavours of prunes, dates, raisins, with lots of oaky notes and espresso.
